1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Aaron's Tire & Auto ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website and automotive repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Aaron's Tire & Auto provides automotive repair, maintenance, tire sales, and related automotive services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice at any time.

3. Estimates and Authorizations

All service estimates are based on initial inspections and may change if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. We will obtain your authorization before proceeding with any repairs that exceed the original estimate by more than 10% or a specified dollar amount required by state law.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

While we strive to honor all scheduled appointments, emergency situations may arise. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for repeated missed appointments without notice.

5. Warranty

We stand behind our work. Most parts and labor are covered by our standard warranty. Please refer to your service invoice for specific warranty durations and terms applicable to your particular repair. Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aaron's Tire & Auto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services or website.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State where our facility is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
